The hubby’s been working like crazy and needed a break, so we had a nice dinner at our favorite restaurant La Belle Vie tonight. We enjoyed the four course lounge tasting menu. Food & service was excellent as usual. The manager even remembered me from my birthday party and came to our table to chat.
Max had the pappardelle with rabbit bolognese and porcini. We didn’t tell him that he was eating rabbit, of course. I’ve had his dish before, and it’s really yummy. Never thought I would ever eat rabbit, but it’s a mild tasting meat.

Yum!
Yummy Minna!! Max is such a good boy to be able to sit through the 4 course dinner AND be in a dimmed out restaurant. I know Cam would not last 15 minutes. Haven’t been there in a while, need to go back too.
Btw - we want more photos of your new house!! =)
Oh my. Max is a bit daring than I am.
I should not have read this at lunch time. The food looks beautiful and I’m sure the taste was just as good. Max behaves well in restaurants because you take him there all the time. I agree more house photos, especially views of the front of the house.
need to go try this restaurant, i remember you’ve talked about it in previous posts. how in the world will i lose weight when there are so many restaurants to try in the twin cities?! haha. there’s no hope for me.
